LUBcat, lubcat.lub.lu.se, is run by the University Library of Lund University. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, and this document describes how LUBcat complies with the accessibility regulations, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report problems so that we can fix them.

LUBcat is partially compliant with the Swedish accessibility regulations, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non accessible content
- There are no language codes for changes in language on a page. WCAG 3.1.2 Language of parts - Level AA.
- Some texts are images, and lack alternative texts. WCAG 1.4.5 Images of text – Level AA.
- In some places there is not enough contrast between text and background. WCAG 1.4.6 Contrast - Level AA.
- Some functions are not consequently named. WCAG 3.2.4 Consistent identification - Level AA
- It is not possible to bypass blocks when using a screen reader. WCAG 2.4.1 Bypass blocks - Level A
- It is not always possible to regret a transaction. WCAG 3.3.4 Error prevention - Level A
- The keyboard focus indicator is not very visible. WCAG 2.4.7 Focus visible - Level AA.
- Then purpose of some links cannot be determined. WCAG 2.4.4 Link purpose - Level A
It is our ambition to fix all major accessibility problems before the end of 2021.
