Researchers at Lund University can use agreements to publish open access with easy handling of the administrative processes and negotiated costs. Read more about the terms of the agreement here.
About the agreement
The agreement allows open access publishing in hybrid journals from Bristol University Press and Policy Press, and gives a 10% discount on the cost for publishing books open access (BPC).
Initially the cost of publishing is paid by the University Library.
The agreement is valid for articles accepted from January 1st, 2023.
The corresponding author must be affiliated with Lund University, and the affiliation must be stated in the article.
The author can choose several license types.

Workflow for authors
State the affiliation to Lund University and always use the LU / LTH e-mail in when submitting your manuscript and when contacting the publisher. Please contact the publisher if you have any questions about the submission process.
Publishing costs at Lund University
Parts of the costs of publishing, both within the agreements and those paid with the extra publishing support, are later invoiced to the faculties. Depending on how your faculty chooses to handle the costs, you may have to pay a part of the publication fee at a later stage.
