Printed journals
A selection of our most used scholarly journals is on the entrance floor. You need to request most of the printed journals and read them in-house. Students or staff at Lund University can use Lubito to order free copies of journal articles.
Use the search tool Finn to find journals. Most of the University Library's printed journals are in closed stacks; you cannot borrow them.
The University Library receives Swedish printed materials, which we do not catalogue. These include promotional flyers, members' magazines, and company staff or customer newsletters. We refer to them as printed ephemera.
Many are visible in Finn, but we don't register which issues we have, and there may be gaps in our holdings.
Request uncatalogued journals through the ephemera request form
Some older journals are visible in Finn, but you will find all in the Catalogue -1957.
Catalogue -1957 contains journals published up to and including 1957. In the alphabetical section, you can search by journal title. The subject section has a Tidskrifter (journals) heading under most subject areas.
Using Lubito, you can order digital copies of articles in scholarly journals in printed form.
Lubito service covers articles in:
- Selected Swedish journals.
- Non-Swedish scholarly journals that the University Library has in printed form and are not available digitally in Finn.
