Study spaces and scholars' reading rooms

Individual study spaces are available inside and outside the library's reading rooms. There is also space for group work in group study rooms, which you can book. The library has reading rooms reserved for researchers and a special reading room where you can read archival material and manuscripts.

The library has individual study spaces on the entrance and first floors. Each study space has its own light fixture and power outlet.

These spaces are not silent, and you may hear background noise from other visitors in the library. Be considerate when talking on your mobile phone, and use headphones with your computer to avoid sound leakage.

The library has two silent reading rooms, Tegnér and Wallengren, on the entrance floor. They are suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.

Computers are permitted, but use headphones to prevent sound leakage. Please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode.

Group study rooms are on the first floor, and group workspaces are on the third floor. The group workspaces are not bookable.
