How to rent lockers and trolleys

Contact our information desk to borrow a locker or trolley for a fee. The loan period is one year, and you can renew the loan for storage. You can see current prices further down the page.

You can rent a locker or trolley at the information desk on floor three. You pay the rent by card or invoice. If your department covers the storage cost, you must state the cost centre (kostnadsställe) so we can invoice them.

When you receive the key to the storage, you also agree to the special lending conditions. Please read them before you rent the storage unit.

After one year, you will receive a reminder email. You can either renew your loan and pay again or return the key. Remember to bring the storage key to the information desk even when renewing your loan.
