Taylor & Francis

Read- and publish agreement

Through an agreement, researchers at Lund University can publish open access without any fee in hybrid journals from Taylor & Francis.

About the agreement

The agreement provides free open access publishing in the publisher's hybrid journals (the “Open Select journals”). Hybrid journals are subscription-based journals with an open access option.

Corresponding author must be affiliated to Lund University and state Lund University as the affiliation in the article in order to be able to publish open access within the agreement. Only publication types that Taylor & Francis classify as core content are included in the agreement.

Workflow for authors

When a corresponding author submit a manuscript to a Taylor & Francis journal they need to state the affiliation with Lund University and use the institutional email address (ending with lu.se or lth.se). This way Taylor & Francis will automatically identify articles that qualify for open access publishing within the agreement.

On acceptance of the article, the library will verify the affiliation after which the article will be immediately open access when published.
