About the agreement

The agreement grants researchers at Lund University open access publishing free of charge in eight hybrid journals and two fully open access journals from Royal Society Publishing. Articles are published with a CC-BY license.

Articles of all types submitted on or after January 1st 2021 will be eligible. Articles submitted in 2020 are eligible for a discount of 25%.

The corresponding author must be affiliated to Lund University and have stated Lund University as their affiliation in the article to be able to publish open access within the agreement.

Journals included in this or other current publisher agreements are found by using our search service where all journal titles are listed. There are no separate journal lists for each agreement.

Workflow for authors

State the affiliation to Lund University and always use the LU / LTH e-mail when submitting a manuscript.
In the submission form under the first section "Article processing fees are covered by a special agreement", please select  “The corresponding author is part of a Read & publish deal”.
