Study spaces
Lund University Library has individual study spaces and group workspaces. We also have reading rooms reserved for researchers. The Special Collections Reading Room is for reading archival material and manuscripts.
We have study spaces scattered throughout the library and in reading rooms. The study spaces are on the entrance floor and the first floor. The group workspaces are on the third floor. We also have bookable group study rooms on the entrance floor.

Individual study spaces
There are individual study spaces on the entrance floor and the first floor. These spaces are not silent, and you may hear background noise from other visitors in the library. Be considerate when talking on your mobile phone, and use headphones with your computer to avoid sound leakage.
Silent reading rooms
Our reading rooms are on the entrance floor and are suitable for those seeking a quiet environment. Computers are allowed, but use headphones to avoid sound leakage. Your mobile phone should be turned off or in silent mode. In Bengtssonssalen, there are reading booths. In Tegnérssalen, there are larger tables.
