All Swedish doctoral theses are stored at the University Library and are listed in the catalogues Lovisa, LIBRIS or Catalogue -1957. See also:

Only a small number of foreign theses are acquired. Foreign theses can be ordered through inter-library loan or bought privately through the database ProQuest Dissertations & Theses.
Recent dissertations from Lund University can be found on display in the Open Collection on the third floor.
Older theses are not always registered in Lovisa but must be searched in specific printed directories. Please ask at the Information Desk!
It is mandatory for all faculties to hand in printed copies of the dissertation for preservation to the University Library. Read about this, electronic publishing etc.:
