We have minutes from meetings, resolutions, official records, reports, yearbooks, journals, analyses, statistics and a large number of books which deal with the UN’s areas of activity.
How to find UN material
You can find many UN publications via the websites of the UN bodies. All documents from the main bodies of the UN and their subcommittees are published electronically in the ODS database:
- United Nations Official Documents (ODS) – Database of documents from 1993 onwards and resolutions from 1946. Older documents are also continuously being entered.
- Safir: United Nations – Links to other tools.

How to request UN material
You will find printed books and series from the UN in our catalogue Lovisa, but most individual documents (UN Documents with document numbers) are not registered. The material is in storage, and you must request it in advance. Please contact the Information Desk or info [at] ub.lu.se for more help.
