Interlibrary Loans
Literature not held within Lund University can be requested from other libraries. From 1 January 2009 Lund University Library offers the interlibrary loan service to:
- students and staff at Lund University's multidisciplinary research centres
- staff in Lund University's central administration
- emeriti
Those belonging to other faculties are referred to their own faculty/departmental library. Persons not connected with Lund University are not granted interlibrary loans without special grounds. In this case we refer to the local public library.
To Consider:
- please check the library catalogue Lovisa (older literature in Catalogue - 1957) and the electronic journals first to confirm that the item you want is not available in Lund.
- the loan periods can vary according to the lending library.
- loans from Scandinavian libraries are generally free of charge. Loans from non-Scandinavian libraries are always subject to a charge. Photocopies are always subject to a charge.
