Delivery Times
For items available the delivery times are as follows. For items from our special collections, see Delivery times for the special collections to the left.
Please note: On April 16 we will begin a very large move of items from closed stacks (magasin) to off-site depositories (depå). There may be delays in the delivery of items currently under transport. If you have placed an order on affected items, you will be contacted, and the items will be delivered as fast as possible. (It will not be possible to see in Lovisa which items that are affected.)
Items in closed stacks (location Magasin in Lovisa) may be collected the next working day at 12 o’clock noon at the earliest after the request was made.
Items placed in our off-site depositories (location Depå in Lovisa) may usually be collected the next working day at 4 p.m. (as an exception 2 days) after the request.
No message will be sent. The requested items must be collected within a week.
